Who will be victorious this week?
I feel this will be a close matchup with Yaks Bend finally coming down from Tier 3. Should be an interesting one. GL and HF to all teams!

Looks like a pretty even start. Wish I wasn’t stuck at work all weekend. Should be a fun matchup.

I just had a 1v1 with a Norn warrior from Maguuma. I’m an asura warrior from Yak’s in GGW. If you read this, epic kitten duel man. We both ended up dying from wolves, but it woulda been close either way. Hope both other servers can keep up the intensity. I don’t think many from YB expected this kinda competition right out of the gate.

I have to say even with the “We’re better than you” vids they tend to post I have never had an EB player Alt-F4 on me +1 for them on that issue. I do find it comedic when players do this, it’s well worth the 2 badges I missed out on to have that player out of WvW for a good 5 minutes. Alt-F4 away people.

Slight exaggeration, but it was the longest I have seen for Ebay ever. On one of the borderlands though.

I hope we all have an exciting week! Yak’s, I don’t believe I’ve fought against your server before (at least not recently), so I’m looking forward to the fresh strategies you bring to the WvW table. Mag, even though we’ve been battling for the last (3?) weeks, I enjoy seeing you on the battlefield, and it’ll be good to fight you folks without Crystal Desert breathing down our necks all the time! CD was an interesting fight, but they were truly overwhelming at times. I hope this turns out to be a close and even match-up.

The good ol’ folks at YB knocked us (CD) down to Tier 4 to begin with so if they play anything like they did 2-3 weeks ago… it’ll certainly make for an exciting match =p

Solo is one thing but if you’re the little asura ranger we beat the crap out of tonight at champs you really must get better at discerning when you’ve been spotted and it’s time to use a waypoint. nice try on the golem rush.

Please stop using the terrain exploit as per youtube. Ybbl hills went twice tonight due to that very sad after a great fight by all 3 servers all day. Keep it clean and keep it intense Regards to all

EBay, you guys really need to work on your siege placement. Learn what is/isn’t within ballista range. And if you’re going to put a treb out in the open, don’t just leave the operator on it all by themselves. Stay there and protect it. There’s no reason why four people coming in one at a time should be able to take out your treb when you have 15+ people in the field.

Unless that was a troll treb at SW tower on Maguuma BL. I dunno, it just seems like a waste of prints and supply.

Question: Why people not take out the mortar on the west wall of east keep when they’re trying to ninja it? I mean, if they attack after the catapults already have, it won’t make a difference since the keep is already contested. But it also means one person can’t take out all your catapults. It just seems like the safest thing to do, am I wrong?

Can the mortars even HIT anything by that wall? Aren’t there parapets positioned just right so the mortar shell will explode right into your face trying to shoot west?

i have heard a few cases that had no pics, but only the word of a CD, who we have pics of hacking with groups of 15, as well as fraps, so hmm who would i believe. Don’t be a zergling, think on your own, dont believe what others say.

Well i am rooting for you guys. I have heard many good things about your server from an actual player from your server. score is saying otherwise atm i believe, hope you guys have a good fight and not a lot of bs from other servers, it will get annoying if its repeatedly the same people.

I’ve used that mortar countless times against ninjas, so I know for a fact it can hit. Even used it this morning against a YB attempt. It seems like no matter where they position the catas, the mortar rains pain. That’s why I’m wondering why people hardly ever take it out.

I guess it doesn’t matter since if one person (with the ability to communicate) catches you, the jig is up. But that one person could do far less damage without the mortar.

Yeah but that’s pretty much like throwing dynamite in a lake and saying you can hit the catch limit. Thieves don’t take any talent to utilize and break the game so you should stick to a ranger where performance is actually something to be proud of.

So about that siege cap – we can’t even place a freking RAM on a gate… this is fantastic.

So what kind of server is YB? Oceanic? NA? EU? I forget since the last time we fought. I know it’s the weekend so I can’t make any calls on presence now.

Mag is starting to quickly learn that we need to hit YB more often. Or they get bored and start hitting a quarter of the map with four separate teams. Boy that was fun, we were outnumbered for some time and you guys made us work to keep our map. Good fight! It helped and hurt you guys when EBay came in, thanks for the distraction, guys! I swear sometimes Maguuma feels the best kind of party girl, always getting double teamed.

Good fight at Etheron Hills in Ehmry Bay Borderlands just now. I hope you Maguuma guys take that tenacity with you to Yak’s Bend later on during week; we might even join you to contend that #1 spot.

OMG Maguuma battlecomms are full of children who are trying to have fun in WVW. They have absolutely NO RESPECT for battlecommanders in battlecomms. They don’t even address their battlesuperiors as ‘sir’, and talk about bob ross when orders are being given.
