I can’t. Working 12.5 hours starting at 7 AM, so I’ll miss the moments of reset and be on later. I want you all to know how badly FA wants the challenge.

It’s in your best interest to make an agreement among your major guilds to commit yourselves to FA. Or at least to show preference toward killing FA. In a spirit of equanimity you can both take points from FA.

See, what happened for FA to get this powerful but not advance in a tier was IOJ joined, then a bunch of others saw the opportunity and joined as well after. You can do something similar by both attacking FA… until we have nothing left.

There is no guarantee this will happen, it’s so close ATM and the week ends right after 3 hours of mags Prime Time when they out PPT FA for 3 hours.

Yeah, it is entirely premature to believe that it will be YB not Mag in the match-up, too close to call.

Just my personal opinion but as a Yak’s Bender I can only hope this match-up doesn’t happen as it will be an absolute farce. Many servers say that their population are primarily PvE orientated & that is no more true than on YB. If our NA players log-in & find that we control next to nothing then the vast majority of them will just go & find something else to do. We have seen it before with the rise of Kaineng, Mag, & to a lesser extent DB as they passed through tier 4.

The only positive thing that could come out of this match-up, if it was to happen, is that FA wins by such a ridiculous margin that it puts them in T2.

Meh, last time we went up to T3 it was predicted slaughter, and we hung around for a few weeks and did a credit to ourselves despite not really having the 24/7 coverage necessary to end up close at the end of the week.

I think YB and Mag will probably switch back soon enough, maybe not so much because we get stomped, could happen, but more because Mag probably remains much to strong for T3. Ebay seems a bit weakened vs last time we were all together. And CD only beasts if no one threatens their overnight dominance.

So Yak’s gonna get their kitten handed to them and move down to t4 again. Life goes on.

I so don’t want to move to T3.

You will get our absolute top effort on reset night. We usually have a larger percentage of our regular NA prime players stay up later than normal for reset as well. I actually wouldn’t be surprised if, tonight at least, we hold our own. We won’t be able to compete during NA non-prime, and we won’t field as many players during the week as we do during the weekend. No secret there. You’ve all played us, you know what we are bringing. This isn’t a question of can we win in T3, it’s can we survive long enough to stay here longer than one week? Probably not.

We love equal competition as much as everyone else, and we’ve really been enjoying our fights with EB and CD this past couple of weeks, I just hope this week is at least entertaining. Everyone hates the steamroll, whether it’s happening to you or you are the ones doing it, the fights get booring.

But hey, at least we can keep the forum chatter civil, right? We do have control over that.

Has it been like two months since FA fought YB in the FA/TC/YB matches?

FA tends to gain their largin margin of winning over the weekend, through the week the matches have been much more balanced.

If we can stop FA from gaining a 30-50k lead before Monday morning, this could be a much closer match.

I’ve yet to see any FA or DB corpse dance, not to say it doesn’t happen but the only people I’ve seen do it recently has been on magoobers and we don’t have to deal with them terribads… at least this week. Looking forward to getting some new blood into this 3 way.. Good luck DB and YB.

T3 is a lot different than it was a few weeks ago. The FA/IoJ merger has made them T2 competitive and very strong in T3. DB had a nice influx as well and has a very strong overnight presence. DB also has queues in NA prime unlike CD and I presume EBay.

Ultimately I don’t think YB stands much of a chance since they will not dominate NA prime, are not used to getting pushed 24×7 and struggled to keep even CD’s EU/oceanic presence in check. DB is A LOT stronger than CD and FA NA prime is excellent.

Just my opinion having played on both DB and CD for several weeks each.

Yak’s Bend knows mostly what to expect from DB, we’ve had a few matches with them.
We’ve gotten a few more guilds since the last match with them though, so I would presume we will undoubtedly be worse for them than last time. But they still know what it’s like to wake up in the morning and check the scores during DB primetime

I love the enthusiasm, but the logistics say this isn’t going to be a remote possibility unless 80% of FA stop logging in. Course as a Bender you should know that we just don’t pay attention to the scoreboard, especially in tiers above our weight class. This weekend will be good, we’ll punch back, then everyone will go back to work/school and our night crew will be facing the barbarian hordes once again.

Regardless we’ll still be out there taking swings. Just train yourself to ignore the scoreboard if you haven’t already. XD

Still not thrilled about fighting FA again but kitten is it nice to see Yaks Bend instead of Mag. Even if it’s only for a little while it’s a nice change of pace then the stale FA/DB/Mag battle the last month. Good fights everywhere tonight I had a lot of fun for a change.

I really wish Mag had this attitude. Would have made these matchups so much more enjoyable.

If Maguuma had that attitude (and most do), we’d be told to go play spvp.

YB has always had class, even when I called TC my home.

DB has some solid tactics, and are a fun bunch to fight

Looks good in this thread. I think It’s a bit too friendly. Also too few score updates. Welp, hope you implement my improvements for my next visit!

Great Fights so far! This match-up is way more enjoyable than last few weeks. YB you guys have a great defense and of course DBs superior NNK led offense is hard to match. You guys should all transfer to FA and than we can beat JQ and become number 1 in NA. On a serious note last night was really fun. Some great fights from all sides. Keep it up for the rest of the week. Hopefully we will not go up a tier next week and YB stays in this tier.

We’ve tasted the higher tiers….this tier is perfect…. very few want to be stuck at the top….Its played sooo much more different.

The truth is a lot fun to me despite the beatings he gave us [BT] zerg vs zerg, for us it was an achievement hills hold for more than 5 hours, definitely learn a lot this week
