Maybe the FC and ET vets should take a couple of weeks off WvW to powerlevel and gear these poor guys up. That’d get us out of your hair and prepare you for HoD or whomever. Just a thought

Lol, I enjoyed defending FC garrison a couple nights ago against an SF Zerg. 3 arrow carts and we pushed em back through the wall.

Quick tip to ET, when you capture a keep or push back invaders, make sure to sweep around for siege. It’s the 2nd time this week that i was able to use siege at a keep without having to build any.

That would mean that we were under the impression we could keep said point, the reality is, we took it, got the karma, exp, and rewards for that, and we moved on. If you take it back in 5 min.. then great.. more EXP, Karma, and Loot for us.

But yah, we should destroy siege, It gives EXP when you destroy it 668 exp @ level 80 for a cata, (I finally paid attention to it)

Do not give up yet, I am trying to make FC more competitive so that ET and SF have a better time and it is a true 3 team fight. Keep on fighting, it can only go uphill. Just have faith that the devs will fix the ratings black hole.

Great fights in ETBL about an hour ago as they defended their tower untill supply ran dry, trebbing our trebs and lasting as long as they could. Much respect and well played.

Come to the dark side where we all get along in WvW….we will welcome you with open arms. No need to continue some sort of ill fated loyalty that will just perpetuate this sad dance for an eternity. Even when SF moves up will the problems on other servers work themselves out or just continue to fester

LOL…we are doing well cause our server works together and never afraid to fight. I see a lot of post from people just talking about leveling alts as if that may be some sort of tactic for us winning.

This matchup has a while to go still before anything changes, but the point still remains, it will only be as fun as you make it, if levelling Ats is how you keep it fun, that’s great, the matchup is what ever we make it. Unfortunately yes the extended period of this matchup is causing some so quit, some to take a break, and numerous others to complain and attack others personally on the forums, THOSE things don’t really help to make the matchup a fun one, but of course each to their own.

Personally I would think that continuing to fight as hard as you can, regardless of how “sucktastic” you find the match up, is the best way to ensure that all 3 of our servers are at our best possible competitiveness when the match up does eventually change, and give us all the beat results possible :-)

Well, when I was at BG, we fought 8 weeks the very same opponent: Sanctum of Rall.
I was at the winning side… And every week, we could make a 100k lead if we wanted to, because SoR didn’t had the coverage to fight against BG.

However there was one thing I really respected on SoR. No matter how much they knew they were just going to lose in the end due coverage issues, they just kept fighting… Over and over, never letting BG simply go up without a fight.

I think ET started to care less about how they will lose every week, and stood up to fight. And many people still have the will to fight even knowing SF will win… If we can keep this every week, we’ll step up our game. Hell, we’re facing a situation no one besides FC (and the old Kaineng) ever faced.

Let’s stay sharp and keep bringing the fight to SF! I’m sure they want that too, and not only boring PvDoor over and over while praying to a server drop to T7.

I hope FC also come out to fight aswell…

Sorry to hear you’re not going to command anymore Gilkin, sure its a stale matchup, but going out there and leading together is fun times regardless of the odds, and you’re a good leader too. Maybe I’m just conditioned from oldschool conquests games like Shadowbane (PLAY TO CRUSH), but this is personally fun for me! I was sick last night/today, but a couple days ago I thought we were still having a good time in WvW. It’s fights like these that get adrenaline going, I hope you plan to keep fighting even if you choose not to command!

Just like Jekner says, if anything this keeps us sharp and on the peak of our game, we’re not going to receive much better training opportunities as a server than this. Besides, I pretty much exclusively WvW these days anyway, I know I’m not alone in this, if we suddenly just stopped we would just be sitting in Lions Arch chatting all day!
