We sorta que’d in expecting some fun came on to see just our keep so we were trying to break out of the death grip you guys seemed to have on everything we had. It was tons of fun though and if SoR hadn’t hit SMC I don’t think we would have broken out cause you guys had us pinned pretty good.

For weeks we had to deal with similar forums posts from many of your BG players, don’t be too upset by some of the SoR posters returning the favor now. It is only fair and well deserved.

On a side note, good fights this week from JQ. I wish BG hadn’t thrown in the towel so early this week, but I do understand completely. My sources tell me that you have had some internal turmoil that you are working through, so I hope this is only temporary. It benefits everyone in T1 to have the servers closely matched, active, and motivated.

Anyway, it looks like SoR is pushing pretty hard for first lately, they have more people on earlier, and they get off later. Don’t be too hard on BG though guys, I’ve noticed that they rarely seem to have the numbers to compete much anymore. They don’t have any time zones where they have a major advantage and IMO it’s a credit to their tenacity that they are still doing so well.

Arrowcarts built in the correct position can shoot just next to the supply hut, Seen it done to us many times, and used it several times ourselves. It happens. Just gotta aim at the gap between the gate and the wall, can shoot inside.

Someone also dropped a treb, and we built it xD was pretty funny though

Zagan, thanks for reaching out to one of my members about this. I have forcefully removed one member from SF that I was able to legitimately find out that they were exploiting in the past. If we can figure out who it is, expect them to be mass reported by the remainder of the guild, by remainder of the guild, I mean 350+ members. I wish you could get a target to see if it was an actual Strike Force member and not just a troll tag. In any case, we’ll keep our eyes peeled. We’ve had some success in the past to get people to either stop their exploitations, or move to completely different servers due to shame. Everyone remember the Pink Monkey [Devs]. Any help in finding said individual would be appreciated.

I know this is somewhat of a troll post, but every team ends up at one point or another having to do the dirty task. We’ve already gone over the mechanics of le ball.

I do have to say though I am a bit surprised by all of the people complaining about being run over by a 50man SoR zerg while on the SoR BL.. I don’t tolerate any of that crap, so if anyone can help me out with more screenshots and what have you so we can identify that kitten, I can get the person removed from my roster. Honestly, if you can’t target the player screenshots are pretty useless. You can have an infinite number of the same guild tag, but only one guild name. Anyone can make a guild named “Strike Forces” (notice the “s” on the end) with the same [SF] tag. Also, the portrait on a target can sometimes provide a clue to the guild on who it may be.

Either way, best practice for shots and/or claims should be PMed or arranged via in game whisper and email, not posted on the forums.

There isn’t much he could do even if you had a screen of the guild name/tag anyway. He could yell at all of his guild and tell them that is not cool. But honestly there is no way of telling who that person is anyway. Just keep an eye out and report them when you can.

Guys it’s cool, I’m glad that I at least know of it. I’m probably one of the few GM’s that doesn’t care if something like this is out in public. The more help I can get from other teams identifying if it is one of mine or not or if I can see the armor, which is hard to do under ground, the better. Mucho appreciated all!

SoR will slide into 2nd on the leaderboard this week, by a narrow margin. Clearly they are on the upswing. If they keep progressing and BG keeps sliding, yes, SoR will hold the advantage over BG.

As it stands now, too close to call which server is “better”.

I think Jed and I had at least 5 conversations when he was on SBI and thing’s were crazy (literally a keep or tower was exploited nightly). If my memory serve’s me correct he also has some guildies who would literally make everyone get on their characters and compare their avatar’s. :P

My favorite was “We Send All Guilds” [SoR] that was made right after SoR came up and the forces we were fighting just kept getting more and more guild tags because they couldn’t push us out of whatever we were holding that night.

Haha, these are great, I think we also use Transferring when we lose [Agg] for our supply camp buffs too! Thanks Agg!! A common phrase that we have now spreading through the JQ server since we have been working with more teams lately is Tsym’ing dolyaks. The action in which you walk a dolyak with 40+ ppl. It’s usually used in jest as we are walking past one and speed buffing it or have dedicated moo moo walkers.

The FEAR one is pretty funny I would have like to have seen that.

Really though I don’t blame TSym for having 40 people guarding a yak. You pretty much need that many these days. When I use to play on my thief I could solo a yak with 10 people guarding it. I can only imagine what a group of 3-5 thieves would be able to do.

@Fixeon, I don’t think you understand, those guys have been doing it for quite some time It’s even funnier if you send 2 ppl in and they get the yak to waste all those ppls time.

@Covenn, Our guild has pretty thick skin and actually enjoy being trolled. We use it as rocket fuel to auto attack doors down

Speaking of which, I’ll share a video with you guys in regards to how JQ does PvD! This was a night where I was in JQ TS leading us as a PuG army! BG was mega map hopping and we knew it so I decided to toy with them like clubbing baby seals. Fortunately for me the guilds that kept having to come and go couldn’t stay on map long enough to completely establish a proper foothold to get the map taken care of and squared up. In any case, it was a pretty fun night for us as a server being jerks, well, at least me being a jerk, because I do that kind of thing.

ROFL I remember that night. They would blob out of the gate with about the same numbers, we’d kill them only to be hit from behind by about the same numbers, kill THEM only to be hit from garrison, which was now behind, only to wipe them and it repeated like 3 times.

Protip: Tight Zergballs are like a juicy steak to a confusion glamour mesmer.

Our server pretty much had like everyone on the map in that area too aside from maybe 1 or 2 havoc squads out there doing other stuffs.
