Now to the point, does it even matter ?? I don’t see anyone writing the names of the servers JQ engulfed on their way to the throne everytime they win. Why are you so mad that most servers prefer BG over SoR ?? If you look into that for a while, it might probably have something to do with your attitude and antics, both in-game and outside the game.

I have a lot of respect for all the BG guilds who put in the hours last week. Should be fun being green again for however long it lasts.

Thank you for the props, but I disagree, reason we stayed in T1 was due to the overtime put in by guilds like KnT, ICoa, GoF and AoI staying up all hours of the night, fighting outnumbered easily 2:1 to give us something to work with so we could fight JQ’s insane SEA.

MERC and ND have been able to achieve amazing things thanks to all the wonderful NA guilds we have and now with RISE and KO this can only get better! Goodluck all

Excellent job last week BG, your victory was well earned. To all those still complaining about transfers, please stop. Anything that injects more competition and breaks the monotony is a positive in my view. If SoR received a few guilds that could really make things interesting. SOR= Third most skilled server in tier 1, used to be 2nd most skilled.

We at JQ are “green” with envy.

I am currently discussing 2 300+ active guild members from t6 eu and 1 from the mid teirs. They wish to remain confidential until they can confirm.

i don’t see any problem with it, if they want to win, JQ needs more hardcore wvw guilds.

As i see it, Jade Quarry’s wvw has 2 major issues:

A) over-reliance on pve casuals
B) over-reliance on Asian population

A) JQ’s wvw population to this day is largely consisted of pve casuals. While it is true that you need these pve folks in wvw to form a zerg and do all the basic stuffs, they are extremely unreliable. You cannot rely on them to turn up to defend your BLs when there’s a new dungeon to farm.

Yes they are some dedicated wvw guilds on JQ, such as DC, TKG or Omen, they are all good guilds, but i doubt any of them has the manpower they need to defend a borderland if these pve scrubs don’t turn up, especially now with BG gaining more dedicated wvw guilds.

JQ needs hardcore wvw guilds more than other 2 servers if they want to maintain their wvw superiority, the one that’s willing to run a 10 hours shift just to make a push.

B) Chinese population. I have learned a new thing today, that ATM, the wvw faction of FOO is Taiwanese based. Chinese localisation of GW2 would only affect the guilds that come from Mainland China ( I am only aware one Mainland Chinense guild [Ge], i am pretty sure there are others), for now. But you need to think of the long term here, what would happen if they decide to release a Taiwanese version of GW2, or ‘asian server’?

Since you are playing on a NA server, you cannot over rely on your Asian population. You need to build your own wvw core.

In short, if JQ really want to keep dominating other server, i don’t see the problem of them getting more dedicated wvw guilds to tackle these issues

I played for 25 hours in Wv3, I am from Blackgate and we never thought we would take down the Giant known as JQ this week, in fact , we surpassed and took 1st 12 minutes before the mass boot for patch.

We worked hard in EBG, We booted JQ out of the map around midnight last night withthe unknowing help of SoR, then quickly turned on them and killed them. For most of the night it is a BG dominance, around 4 or 5 am we booted SoR out of EBG. Manyof us worked hard for this win, and making it seem less than it is, well it is childish.

So JQ lost your " Wv3 Guilds" to turmoil blah blah, well I guess in week one or two fo us being in Tier 1 when we beat you the same must have happened then. So am I to assume that you will make an allegence with SoR and backstab them once you get your place back ? Or are you going to Man up and to quote a great movie

BG won fair and square but you claim we are gonna team up with sor to get the spot back. BG literally has times during NA prime where they both refuse to attack each other and only hit JQ. It’s perfectly fine and personally i find the thrill of being about to lose the keep while both attack fun. It isn’t like BG hasn’t done the exact same thing to help themselves out. I’m happy I’m ready to have a different keep/ view on the map.

Do i have to point out that sometimes JQ does that to BG ( or SoR) as well ?..

I have no idea why do you people keep obsessing with the double team bs? you use them as an excuse for your loss, but when you guys ware winning, you do it with pleasure. Anyone with sensible strategical thinking would use this method to make sure they get what they want.

You Blackgate guys spent the entire first month of this match up complaining that SoR wasn’t playing for points. Now we’re strategically playing for maximum points utilizing zerg balls and double teams and you’re complaining about that.

Complaints about double teaming were so last year. Seriously, don’t we all know that this is a three sides fight at this stage in the game?

Each and every night <insert server name> both fight with and take objectives from two different enemies. These same two enemies keep trying to take <insert server name>’s stuff too.

One week it is BG complaining about SoR double teaming them and the next it is JQ complaining instead. It is getting extremely tiresome. We all get double teamed all the time and there are no tin-foil-hat alliance conspiracies.
