Just to let Kodash and Baruch bay know we are all infuriated about the orb hacker this afternoon. Most of us left garrison to be taken back by Kodash.

Deepest apologies on behalf of (almost) everyone and I hope you see the actions of one or few individuals don’t reflect on Gunnar’s Hold as a whole.

I hope they find out whoever did this.

From a Gunnars Hold player. I feel I must post here to apologise for whoever it was who hacked your orb on our borderlands this afternoon. Although we are being soundly beaten, the vast majority of us have enjoyed battling against a very tough and capable opponent. This person ( and I really do have no idea who they are ) has bought shame on our server. Once we realized the orb had been hacked, I immediately wanted to return it to you, but was told that once hacked it cannot be moved. Once again I sincerely apologise for this idiots actions and hope you will not see this as a reflection of Gunnars as a whole.

Unfortunately there’s always idiots who’ll try and ruin stuff and they’ll continue to do so until ANet fixes this issue which seems to be spreading more and more.

So hopefully people noticed who it was and can report them so they can be banned or at least shunned by the server (name n’ shame account name IMO), but frankly – ANet needs to get on top of this fast.
It’s starting to be ridiculous that this issue is still on going.

The orb in the henge of denravi borderlands has belonged to Jade Quarry for the entire week no matter who controlled the keep it was in…because it wouldn’t appear.

i am assuming this is the same sort of situation and it is apparently brought on by a known glitch?

Not the case i’m afraid Anthony. The orb was actually stolen from Askalion Hills from an individual (accompanying people are to blame aswell) while Kodash were in control of it then placed on our Altar at Garrison.

So it’s a Hack, not a glitch unfortunately.

I had to log when this happened as it made me feel sick, one thing I will never stand for is Cheating/Hacking. I would rather quit a game full-stop then play with people like these, I’m just glad it’s only happened once on Gunnar’s since I have been on & today was the first time & I hope it never happen’s again.

Gunnar’s Hold is a good server & most players on it stand for Fair play & we will do everything in our power to Report/Block & outright stop anyone who would Cheat/Hack on our server.

Well it seems gunnars is an easy target and has been trolled by said hacker. If someone does see them do it report them, name and shame them in chat, and IF they are guilded make sure their guild leader knows.

I have a feeling this is a side effect of free transfers but don’t want to get tinfoil hat about it. It’s more than likely to be some kid thinking he’s helping…

Anyway be assured that we’ll sort it…but chances are the guy’s already left the server

Just in. The altar broke because of quaggan lightning storm halfway through assault on garrison, I gave the orb back to Kodash outside the inner gate. If anyone from kodash can read this in time, leave Garrison for us.

The altar got destroyed and the orb was free. A player brought the orb outside after some minutes and let us kill him so we could save the stolen orb back to us. Thank you for the fairplay. Best wishes from Kodash.

Sorry i just read it right now with the garrison. I will look if i can manage that we leave the garrison that you can get it back.

Nexus, your side won the garrison fair and square, no need to return it.

Gunnars has shown that we will not stand for cheaters, regardless of which side they are on. Lets carry on the fight.

Same here, got most of that fight on fraps, awesome stuff. All sides seconds away from capping for nearly an hour.
