Lol? Do you seriously think that IoJ is that good that we have to double team you? Sorry to burst your bubble, but that’s what every single server thinks. I’m from CD and i’ve been observing IoJ and ET double-teaming us all day long.

You guys are so silly complaining about double teams. Learn to combat that or lose.

Double teaming is a temporary spur of the moment tactic used by everyone to take the most opportune points/objectives and not actually fully planned out ahead of time. True story.

When did ioj get so confident about themselves?

Thre is No alliance, hell 7 am this morning we had both ET and LoJ hitting a tower at same time its just something that happens. Dont get you LoJ guys you have posted nothing but they are 2 v 1 on us threads

if people haven’t noticed, from different angles and different views at different places at different times, it appears that 1 server is always “allied” with another…. simply because the two choose two hit an objective owned by the third server at the same time…. and then the third server claims they are being teamed because the two servers didn’t simply stop what they were doing and attack each other and leave the guy with the tower worth points alone.

i hear it a lot on my own server that we are being teamed… but then you can clearly see crossed swords between the other two servers.

now… even though you hear forum warriors getting on each other about attacking each other while a third goes uncontested, and X server needs to be taken down by X+X servers…. but these are simply a minority, 2 does not speak for 600+

There is a huge difference between the double teaming you’re talking about and collusion, which is what other people are talking about. The poster wasn’t saying the ET and CD are colluding.

There is a certain guild (could be more) on ET that is known to collude with other servers. The most guilds of IoJ and CD are against collusion, so its interesting to see how this match will turn out.

Guys there is no collusion. We are however watching enemy movement and coordinating attacks when your back is turned. Our attack on Tkitten keep yesterday took all of 90 seconds because we knew you guys were looking the other way, intel told us to attack from the south, so we rolled in heavy. Guys were were still defending the outer NE gates unaware that we had stolen it from them.
Seriously chaps, if you’re team ain’t doing recon and watching where the enemy is distracted and using that to your advantage, then you’ll have a tough time. You can bang the drum and claim we’re colluding all you want, but the fact is we have really good strategists and people willing to follow them.

Nothing but respect for ET from myself. You guys are very coordinated and you’ve got some players that are ridiculous at using mortars and trebs for defense. We lost countless trebs yesterday trying to assault the hills in IoJ BL.

IoJ has come a a long way in a short time since our last match, but we’ve got a lot of work to do oeganizig our pugs before we are ready for the t1 guys.

That screenshot makes me sad tho, score hasn’t hit that lopsided since the match began.

actually sisho, they have enough people to retake their stuff… we took the whole map in 1 hour and had it all turned because of a massive coordination and group effort from the people on the server. combine 10 golems with a coordinated rush and we moved from spot to spot, taking things before the other two servers could get a coordinated defense up.

after taking everything, we moved back from the way we came to retake things that were lost, and eventually lost our momentum at the CD overlook keep with the second outer door at 10% again.

but, in reality, in about 30 minutes, both ioj and CD recaptured their points because they finally recoordinated.

yes, they seemed to have fewer players on at that exact moment, but in reality we were moving extremely quick with that large force.

in the end, it is going to be our advantage that we destroyed the keeps and towers across the map, took away all the upgrades, and now its going to be a hard time re-upgrading before the day crews log back on for the sunday brawls.

its been a fun night, and the tides didnt turn in EB until that point.

If servers aren’t focusing the leader then you are doing kittening wrong.

i remember the last day of the last week, vs sbi and HoD..

we were fighting at the garrison in red borderland i believe…. SBI held the keep initially.. HoD somehow made it up to the very top above the lord where you can get to unless you jump to it. and we were coming in from the outside, at times i felt like we wer ebein ghit by both of them, HoD from the top, and SBI fro mthe bottom. and im sure SBI felt like both of us were targeting them because we were in their keep together.

and i know for sure we had a few people claiming that SBI wa shelping HoD because they would block our entrance to the ramp to get up to HoD , most likely unintentionally.

Sure, here you go…this is what I just logged in to. After 2 solid days of neck and neck scores and amazing fighting with ET. Looks like everyone just kittening gave up, no queue anywhere. Wtf. Really disappointed right now.

even on et side, i noticed a lot of guild tags that were absent for the whole last week, suddenly queueing up for the start of this match.. which is pretty sad… give up when theres no chance to win, then clog up the queues so the people who played all last week can’t get in for hours cause you didn’t want to play with us last week when we were losing.

I feel like CD pretty much threw in the towel after day 1 as well. If you look at the first few scores posted we were either first or right behind in second. We put up one heck of a great fight all around on day 1. After that though, seems like people had their fill and just left. I’m sure there’s still people fighting out there for sure, but certainly doesn’t feel like it.

I ran into 2 maps yesterday where our server had no organization going on, just mindless zerging at spawn. When I asked in chat if there was anyone organizing anything, all I got was silence. The second map someone else asked the same thing and got a reply, but it was a small group of 15 that didn’t want to include anyone in on their strategy.

It’s this kind of disorganized and isolationist idea that I hope to break apart on our server and try to unit more people together. It’s not easy though, a few groups we have tried to approach so far have refused a joint cooperation. Everyone wants to be the big macho leader and not try to coordinate with others. At least that’s the impression I’ve been given so far. We did have success on day 1 with a commander leading a large group around on the CD BL to work together, so it’s not all bad so far. However we only started this initiative like 2 days ago and it’s still in it’s infancy truthfully, so I think we’ll pull through given some time.

ET is the biggest fair-weather server in GW’s entire playerbase.. when things go well and you outnumber people, EVERY PUG you have is queued up and every queue is full 24/7

but at the same time what makes you guys great when things go good makes you the worst when things go bad

nobody folds and quits quicker than ET

:) honestly speaking, if you guys win, all it means is you get farmed by Denravi for another week because those same people are gonna either transfer servers or just take another week off

CharliePrince might be the number 1 hater of ET, have seen countless posts from him here and other forums constantly bashing and flaming on ET people. Well I guess this is what happens to Charlie in a server that can’t win against ET, just badmouth them to feel good for yourself. Whatever result from WvWvW next week against Henge is, fact is IOJ will have a hard time this week, or prove me wrong.

I can’t speak for IoJ but I already knew that we were capable of getting stuff back on CD. The night crew of our alliance was on a bit after that score screenshot was taken. The score had actually gotten worse before better. The thing is that it doesn’t matter if our guys roll in behind and claim some stuff, because damage is already done when the incoming points have been sitting like that for a couple hours already. I’m just saying ET’s night crew outweighs our own, and IoJ’s too it seems. Not complaining, I actually understand nightcapping is part of the game, I was just explaining the guy’s screenshot. It’s been a pretty good fight so far, but unfortunately half the time nobody outside our alliance during NA times will actually listen, and nobody seems to care to come into the TS3 server and actually coordinate as a force. In one or two borderlands we usually have a pretty good coordinated force, but we just can’t coordinate all the maps because of people unwilling to listen.

Edit: I was actually online and the day crew and whatever is left of the night screw was up late last night. We didn’t have superior night coverage it’s the fact our daytime guys played late.

Will it happen on weekdays probably not because school,work ect.

My sentiments exactly. Things went so well on night 1 when we got things coordinated with luvpie and his group on the CD BL. Our problem always lies more in people prefering to play the spawn camp zerg game more than anything else. Strategy, coordination? Nah!

Yah, I might as well stop, I already feel like im talking to a wall, lol.
