i ve noticed guardians are able to use their pulls on players that are even behind walls this is breaking wvw as its become pointless defending towers when your enemy can pull you even being out of your Line of Sight .

Did the guardian have line-of-sight on you to hit you with his pull skill? You may have been on the wall, got hit and ran back behind the wall before he activated the skill and pulled you.

Can you give us more details on what happened?

No don’t nerf him, he’s my role model.

It’s most likely not an exploit. The Binding Blade lasts awhile…most of us Guardians use it because it does a DoT.

It’s probably counted as an aoe pull like ‘Temporal Curtain’ (alt-fire).

The ability to use focus 5 and hammer 5 with greatsword is I feel a little imbalanced.

That and he apparently has somewhere around the range of 20k + power.

On topic: Siegerazer has pulled me through the gate into the inside of the wall before. I was stuck in combat so I couldn’t port either, and there was a massive Queue at the time, so i had to party an enemy invader and ask them to kill me. He was kind enough to do so. I paid him with a loot bag.

What is the range of this pull? I was told it was 600 yet I was pulled from around 900 and promptly destroyed as I wasn’t expecting it. If its 1200 then … darn.

Ya this is siegerazer… and yes he needs to get hit with a nerfbat.

this is another thing im being pulled from my mortar or whatever corner im at Barely in line of sight Mortar has 1400 range and grenades 1500 so it seems the skill’s tool tip is a bit off if im being pulled from such ranges and as i said even if the skill’s effect lasts awhile it doesnt change the fact its working through doors as im pulled repeatedly .

alrite my apologies it turns out it wasnt guardians it was Mesmers doing the pull over walls or against walls since it works through walls and gates.

I Also Noticed it completely Ignores Stability and it ignores LoS a bit since its an AoE .

yeah well we all make judgements on what we know / experience. I originally thought a thief was teleport hacking before I knew about shadow stepping.

he has a ton of HP has AoE pulls and hits like a train and buffs nearby players gives them like 6k hp or at least i get 6k hp and drops Siege with shields good luck meleeing those in a large group.

I’m a Mesmer and I can confirm Stability does indeed work against Temporal Curtain. Otherwise I would not see “Immune” all the time.
