Idea: European and North American Ladders
Duplicate Thread: I think this thread topic is already being discussed well at: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/pvp/wuvwuv/Merge-the-EU-US-Servers
Nope not duplicate.

It pretty much is duplicated and not really needed.

It pretty much is the opposite of the what other guy suggested. Can anyone of you guys read?
You mean we should ahve the exact same system we already have?
I think he’s talking about having time zone specific ladders, so people could join a server where only people in their timezone could play. That way you have to set your alarm clocks or work third shift if you want to night cap someone.

Coming from a Blacktide player thats totally epic.
If Anet wants to keep the DE FR and ES servers alive and allow american guilds to still transfer to europe and vice versa then wouldnt it be effective to give lower points for offpeak times in WvW? so nightcappers earn less points. just an idea not saying im in favor of it
Still a dupe. These “solutions” are band-aids for a gunshot. Ultimately, we might be in violent agreement that something needs to be done…we simply disagree on the problem that is trying to be addressed. Duplicate thread.
I’m not even being sarcastic or funny or anything.
What you’re saying IS the system we have, except that the NA ladder has been worldwide from the start, while the EU just had some NA stragglers.
If you want to split it up even more and more, we’ll end up with 10 ladders of 3 servers each, doesn’t sound that fun to me.
Honestly, i WISH Blacktide would get some NA players so i could stop repeating myself in denying it and explaining we have Russians who play in their morning.
