On the database sites I see exotic invaders gear that is sub-80. For instance level 60 gear. But I am not able to actually find this in game. Does anyone know if they exist and where?

Pretty sure wvw vendors near the exotic gear merchant sells non lvl 80 gear, that may be what you are looking for.

I believe the non-80 WvW gear is only available to players who are sub-80. If you bring a level 60 player to the usual WvW vendor, he will sell you the level 60 gear, much like how the Armorsmith/Weaponsmith vendors scale in the gear they offer.

I thought it was karma gear? There are karma vendors in the WvW zones.

You’re correct… my lower levels get to see lvl 60 gear. Which stinks because I just want the skin, and now I have to pay an extra 100 badges for it.
