Given the massive shakeup in some servers I think a manual adjustment of the top tiers is needed after this week. The Glicko system is going to take too long to adjust to all the guild movements.

For example, Kaineng is going to be stuck stomping CD and Yaks forever (and they’re going to have to put up with it) and SBI is going to get crushed until they drop a couple of tiers.

Manual adjustments after next week imho should be:

1: SoS/JQ/BG or SoR whomever ends up there on Feb 1 (no manual adj)

2: BG or SoR/TC/winner of Mag, FA, DB

3: Second and third place of Mag, FA, DB plus Kaineng

4: SBI/CD/Yaks

Why can’t a servers fluid WvW population be a factor in the rating system? I mean any effect at all is still better than none. It seams like it would be pretty hard to make the system worse than it already is by introducing that one extra variable (which is a pretty fundamental thing to WvW).

This. So far, Kaineng hasn’t been tested. I want us to end up in a tier we belong in, not one that is given based off one-sided blowouts against servers that had nowhere near our numbers.

Every server should earn their place.
