Appreciated. However, it took me about 3 minutes to write a script that goes through all servers and can change the scores to complete garbage/whatever I want. I would advise putting a Captcha on the form that makes changes to the scores to protect it from real bots.

If you check the EU top 2 brackets it shows the wining servers both having a projected drop in rating. Is this possible with the Glicko system?

That’s cool, thank you. I’m kind of surprised FA (my server) is still leading our match. It seemed like SoS had us during the US night hours, but maybe populations have moved or whatever.

Rating changes are based on actual performance relative to expected performance extrapolated from ratings going into the matchup. Stormbuff is not winning by enough. You can gain rating even if you lose if you perform better than expected. The moral of the story is: keep trying even if you losing your matchup.

I think it would be interesting to have a table at the start of the week that shows the required score margins for each matchup for a server to gain/lose rating. I would love to build it myself, but my math skills are apparently not what they used to be

Interesting tool Psykoyul. It will be fun to see how the severs progress this week ^.^

I’m actually surprised that kaineng which is the lowest ranked sever is actually doing better in their WvW match than Anvil Rock in terms of their current score. As a former Anvil Rock player I imaged that all of the lower tier brackets were one sided to the point that severs on the wrong end had a hard time just getting a few nodes on the map.

Based on this it seems at least right now that the second lowest tier is the most unbalanced. >.>
