Guild Wars 2

This is the second time I’ve gotten one. I don’t have a pic, but I got one from killing a keep lord, and from a veteran supervisor at a camp. It had a rare and some other garbage in it. Anyone know what it is?

The chest is a guaranteed rare or above drop. It’s dropped by any mobs/players/npcs in WvW.

Edit: You can find it in PvE environment too.

wooden chest I believe, if you get it from a dolyak it signifies the +5 supply

By guaranteed to drop a rare or above, do you mean be empty or have a pelt in it? Because that has been my experience.

Unless they’ve fixed it, which would be cool.

They changed it recently to only show a box if it is rare or above.

If that was from a dolyak it was the +5 supply which counts as a rare item. If you do NOT have autoloot on you’ll actually see the supply item in there. If you’re gettin chests from something other than a dolyak and no rare, well that’s another matter and would be buggy if it ain’t rare :P

I got wooden chest that contain craps many times. Oh well it does not bother me anyway . A drop is always better than none.

Wooden is for rare. Silver Chest is for exotic, in my experience.

Steel Chest has an exotic item. Not Silver chest there aren’t any silver ones.

Oh yeah, it was the first time getting one, so I wasn’t sure what it was called.
