Whoever you were, that was hilarious. You were chasing a tiny Stormbluff Isle guardian Asura. You followed me for a bit then we turn and fought. That was crazy. Got you low on health then you’d pop decoy and heal up then I’d heal up and then we would fight a little more.

Ended up just leaving, but I wanted to say thanks because despite it not going anywhere, that was a lot of fun. Well, not me running into guards, but everything besides that!

you do know you can just target them, click on Report and their name is there in plain sight don’t you? Then just cancel (no need to report them after all and /w <name> <msg>

heh, I bet….thats why you don’t do it in combat…presumably if you are fighting them, you have them targetted….wait till combat is over or you have some time, and then right-click on the target and select Report…
