Guild Wars 2

I was looking to dungeon forums , and i saw more topics like " useless rings"
So some dungeon players got 10 + ascended rings already , and WvWvW players sit with thousands of badges waiting for an chance to purchase those items in WvWvW.

My question :
When i will be able to attain those in WvWvW
Should i safe badges of honor ?
