SFR won t1 more than once before the mass transfer from piken. I.E without “loads of bandwagonned guilds”.

Some of those wins were thanks to temporary night-capping PRX transfer.

What’s your point? We lost a few guilds since start, we gained a few new.
Deso were in t5 or something before RUIN decided to transfer there.

SFR couldn’t win without PRX back then, and couldn’t win without bandwagon guilds now. Your server is the type to collapse if you don’t have a chance of winning.

RUIN is insignificant history – Deso climbed back to T1 without them and have stayed here consistently.

SFR went on tier 1 without PRX.
SFR lost 2 weeks ago old guilds , that were there from day 1, cause free transfers queue.
Deso was betwen tier 2 and 3 before kazz legacy (BULL ) and other non-bandwagon guilds joined them. I even remember when SFR won Desolation on tier 3 or 4 ? how can an desolation player call any other server Bandwagon ?
IF you belive that any server EU or US could stand an chance against SFR 1 month ago , you lie to yourself.

As part of IRON I can say that most people in out guild don’t like blobbing. We also hate the skill lag that we get from it… The problem is that blobbing is the only way to win right now. If you split up into smaller groups you get rolled over from the blobs that then come to defend.

If Desolation had free transfers, they would have cooperated with more players and become a stronger server, instead of their WvW guilds deserting. Desolation plays for fun and hasn’t burnt out because it was never a bandwagon server pushing for #1, even if guilds moved there at different times.

Just keep fighting the good fight, the bandwagoners and glory hunters will bail(aka RG etc) to whatever server takes your spot in T1 eventually and yous will be the better for it.

Only reason vizunah doesn’t collapse is Troma. We all know that. Without him, most of the vizunians wouldn’t even play anymore.

Don’t take this the wrong way but it would be healthy for t1 if Troma didn’t have miraculous charming power over other players. Then we finally would fight with equal weapons, and not against burned out, at least twice as big as the enemies armies.

Were just playing for kills and fun this week, is why we just left towers etc get capped, we didnt bother to go for hills once today on viz border, just knocked down a gate for some fights.

I think u guys forget that u actually get nothing for winning a matchup,. Let viz cap everything and they will have nothing to take.

Drq was commanding tonight in SFR BL as the sole commander ..
I’ve counted 25 guild tags and non-guilds in TS today. You can probably double that with the people that were not on TS. 1 month ago you would see 15-30 from the same guild and 5-10 pugs.
Clearly no difference at all.

One week ago I remember on VS borderland I think, a commander I never heard of before was skirmishing in front of Bluebriar alongside 20 pugs. He never even bothered to take Champion’s Orchard like once, while typing in map chat : " SHOW NO FEAR, CHARGE" .That went on for over half an hour while Katiechops of BOON was trying to defend Hills T3 with 5-10 people. I left after half an hour because it was too depressing.

And I play WvW rarely – every other day – the guys that play every day must have more stories like this.

Not pathetic at all. Today both on SFR and Deso BL commanders were teaching people on TS what and how to do things. But as you have stated before, your knowledge and wisdom are infinite, people that try to teach are condescending and being on TS makes 0 difference. You should wait for your highschool/university teachers in the parking lot and throw bags of feces at them for being condescending trying to teach you math, physics, philosophy etc. Also , I very much advise you to play tPVP without TS and get to top 100 let’s say . You can tell me afterwards how much a difference TS makes or doesn’t make.

:D Awesome fun today / tonight on Viz border, we loved the SFR fights and Vizombie farms. Boat vs Boat seemed the perfect way to end the evening, that screeny is awesome. As mentioned above, IRON are chilling out this week, we’ll be out and about for fights and fun so come come!

ah, whats it like to not be able to read? I’ve never claimed to be all knowing. I’ve taken issue with the attidue that pugs suck and need handholding because its arrogant and condescending.

If you mean teaching in TS, which was half the time crappy music and a load of drunken people, then yeah, sure its great…..I’ll keep out if it thanks.

You can roll 6-6 on dice 100 times after the match is over
You can be proud that you got an chance against SFR after some guilds left them
You can even win against Blacktide now, or you can claim that Deso is above blacktide but on podium there is no room for Desolation yet.

Looks like SFR stopped the whole desolation zerg, they just needed to say :
“We wanna drop a tier.”

It could be true, if they weren’t upgrading and defending keeps and towers.

Thanks for the brilliant Boat vs. Boat at @ VZ BL Bay earlier today. It was hilarious. The whole night was a blast though, on how we made our “stand” at Bay, not really paying attention to rest of the map, but holding Bay from both Disco and VZ. Nearly got sandwiched by you two, but we prevailed and somehow managed to fight you both off on the bridge!

Our boat was officially named as USS SFR!

What you dont understand ? We dont care if we finish @ 3rd place…..like we didnt care the previously week. As you can see from the pic above …….was a zerg of pugs , in Deso BL taking everything. They didnt follow any guild , just a commander was guiding them.

Why are Deso hating so much SFR I’ll never know. I had great respect for you guys that vanishes with every day that goes by. Our commanders are taking a great deal of time to teach our pugs the mechanics of WvW and from what I’ve seen so far they are doing a great job.
The whole time we were 1st Deso hold firm 3rd in T1, then all this shananigans with the free transfer happened and you guys decided “Why not use the situation to kick them while they are down” and you started to prioritize us over Viz. Looking at the mos millenium score today though your buddy’s Viz might end up taking you down to T2.
The funniest thing happened last night though. In EB our commander was opening VS walls and doors left and right and since we want to get to T2 he was leaving Deso to cap them.
On one of the towers we catapulted the wall down and just as the commander was pulling out here comes the Deso zerg. He moved out, but the pugs didnt follow. Unorganized and with no fear whatsoever 20 pugs charged on Deso zerg, whiped them clear off and then took the tower I was rofl with our commander.

Desolation is lacking numbers this week, especially in the borderlands. Yesterday even in the primetime we had the outmanned buff on most of the time. And outside primetime we are outmanned almost all the time. But still we are able to put on a good fight.

Unlike some others on this thread have claimed: Desolation hasn’t been concentrating on either VS or SFR. In fact on SFR BL it looked like both SFR and VS were concetrating on Desolation.

And don’t worry we will soon be back with bigger numbers.

Personally, I dont dislike SFR at all, I would rather they win then VIZ, cause I am sick of the way VIZ plays and wins. Although VIZ really made good steps towards open field fight etc. and they determination is something to fear.

We on DESO have high population server but that doesnt really count for wvwvw. Unless we are winning and then all pvers suddenly have the urge to join w3. So usually we try our best and fight with pride. But in the eyes of SFR they are the best and no1 is better and many of you on this forum bash everything about DESO, especially after you got kittened by free transfers. So yeah, that kitten es people off.

Still it would be nice if SFR could get back and keep VIZ in check so at least the score would be closer and 1 would feel at least bit excited for w3. Now it is just the same old VIZ PvDooring in action. Well, gl SFR.
