“a map” is a singular expression whereas “all maps” is plural.

my only disagreement was within the parameters of that language. any argument beyond that is beyond the scope of my reply.

They probably won’t go anywhere. Between waiting another month for WvW changes and Febs content patch getting so much negativity; I’d wager that WvW is going to feel a little more desolate each day.

Don’t kid yourself or anyone else, BG probably has more people than JQ, if not more than at least equal. Half those people moving to BG need to man up and go to SOR instead.

I don’t know, I’ve been on BG since the beginning, granted I spent the first couple months in SPvp and tourneys and didn’t get into WvW until Dec. when I decided to run my 4 level 2s through WvW to see how long it took ( and since I was only half way to Valor 80 I figured it would be faster)

You can tell theres a few more people running around but the only noticeable difference I saw so far was MERC which basically made it seem like it seemed around Christmas time as far as coverage, they are certainly a much needed addition to our coverage but I still haven’t seen Q’s except reset and I always get in on reset so…….I dunno

Okay, can’t let this one go. Although I don’t necessarily condone this kind of chest thumping…do you really need the difference broken down to you? Do I need to explain to you the difference between defeating a T6-T7 opponent this badly and defeating two other T1 servers this badly?

Kaineng also did do its fair share of bragging about how awesome they were while they were steamrolling the lower tiers.

Haven’t heard a peep from them about The Mighty Unstoppable Kaineng since tier 2 though :P

Have you seen our match up thread? The reason you don’t see bragging there is because you never actually saw it anywhere else either. Be honest.

lol…you are fighting an SoS server that has now lost 10 guilds and an SoR server that has very weak European coverage. At this point, JQ continuing to run up the score with pvdoor is doing SoS a favor by assuring that we will fall to T2 this week, and giving SoR an excuse to rest up because they are already locked into #2 for next week.

I am skeptical about BG being able to charge right into T1 and compete with JQ, but maybe they do have a chance if players on JQ are becoming so intoxicated with imagined success. The players that become genuinely high on winning, running around beating their chest like morons are always the first to quit when the going gets tough.

Not to SoR, we are all leaving SoR and moving to BG (SoR will be empty).

JQ, I think at this point you’ve got nowhere to go. WvW must be incredibly boring without anybody to fight. How long will it be before you start losing guilds who want to have good fights? How long will it be before you have a server exodus to more fun WvW fights, and end up crashing down to the bottom?

I’m being totally serious when I ask this too, as now you have nowhere to go but down.

The server is really just collateral damage :P

Just hope the SBI turncoats/bandwagonners are having a terrible time in WvW, is all. Especially the ones who tried (aware there are alternate exits, more the meaning of the situation), to spawncamp us after they had jumped ship to a direct enemy.

This thread highlights a fantastic result.

Adding flames to the post i just wanted to say boohoo to all the people deserting sos, only took a couple defeats.

Now being honest I just wanted to say I enjoyed it more being second, more/ better fighting. We still get a few decent fights ever night in the oceanic time zone though.

I believe the one difference is that JQ isn’t full of band wagon guilds. We will obviously lose from time to time. But JQ has never been lower than T2 and has spent most of its time in T1 since launch. Without checking, I believe its only been in T2 for 2 weeks and the rest have been in T1. It is a much less volatile server than alot of the other ones getting around struggling. We won’t fall apart like other servers just because we didn’t win T1, or we lose in T1 or we drop to T2.

regardless, the game needs some bandwagoning right now. The servers in T1 right now are duds.

BG is the only server aside from JQ with a quality and consistent 24 hour playerbase. (excluding kaening, I know nothing about them)

I can’t imagine there being any fun in being that much more effective than the other tier 1 servers.

Simple, really. We welcome the next set of challenges and do our best to do our best. Every week is new. What we’ve accomplished this week we may never duplicate, no one knows for sure, but I promise you we’ll never duplicate it again if we don’t try. So when BlackGate moves on up we’ll welcome them and bring our “A” game (hopefully) and start another interesting thread of boasting, complaining, conspiracies and general mayhem.

Grats JQ. You win wvw. For your next trick you should try winning a fight where you don’t out number the other guy 4 to 1. Maybe it’s some of your fair weathers or people are so used to out numbering the enemy that the got sloppy but really there is no reason that 2 random necros that just happened to be in the same place at the same time should wipe 7 of you out (it’s ok they came back with 16 to finally get us).

I give JQ 2 more months at T1 before the inevitable mass guild transfer happens.
