Just to be clear, this random adjustment only applies to the numbers used for determining matchups. Real ratings are still only changed by winning or losing”

So what is real rating then? We drop from 7th position to 11 in general rating?

Just when post it MOS update a bit and we now are with 1 753.764 points which is more accurate to last week so maybe as reset go with some troubles data on MOS is not correct yet.

So what is real rating then? We drop from 7th position to 11?

I think Millenium is still working this out with how they display things. It was pretty crazy today.

You dropped from 7 to 11 purely for matchmaking purposes, and positioning within your 3 server match (Green/Blue/Red). Your “real” rating didn’t change. Millenium is displaying your “matchmaking” rating currently.

I think the leaderboard is currently displaying your “matchup rating”, which includes a random adjustment to provide some variety to the matchups.

Your actual rating isn’t being displayed, but it should match what mos.millenium.org predicted.

It’s my understanding that Arenanet will be fixing this in the near future.

As far as I got it, millenium was prepared to get names and ratings out of

But hey there is not much to get out from this page so far.

So I think as a first step they MANUALLY adapted the names in the new match, but they did NOT adapted the scores so far, so Elona is currently displayed with Jade score and vice versa. Whereas Piken is display with Abaddons score. Sooner or later millenium will correct, I guess.

Scores are not reported by the API that I can see. They are calculated. Leaderboards look to be correct.
