A friend of mine was permanently banned for botting. I have been playing with her for a long time now and I do not believe she was rightfully banned. From what she has told me she was afk for a while and came back to her game and found she was banned. Her account name is Kristy Dragonslayer.3980 , seeing as she is banned she cannot appeal this herself so I am speaking on her behalf. If you could look into it then it would be greatly appreciated.

Your friend needs to contact support and submit a ticket. Top of page – Support link. Only she can appeal this decision. Good luck.
