Guild Wars 2

I literally just bought GW2 this morning and I have had no previous experience playing this type of games so I have no idea what I’m doing here. When I registered it asked me to choose a world I thought that the time zones don’t matter so I picked a European one when I live in Canada so for about 2 hours of playing I realized there was nobody on. I didn’t see anybody which confused me . now I’m wondering how I can actually enjoy a multiplayer game with other people in my time zone can anyone help?

You can transfer for free to a NA sever if you delete your characters. Make sure you take everything and put it in your bank first. If you are looking for more active NA severs try Tarnished Coast or Blackgate. I’m on Tarnished Coast and find it more well rounded when it comes to PvE, good community and WvW. Once you transfer there is a 7 day cool down before you can transfer again.
