First off, my account was Lock/Suspended because someone unauthorized attempted to log into my account I guess.

Couple questions:

Where do I go to contact live support?

Do I need to be logged in an account on the website to create a support ticket?

How long will it take to resolve this problem? (Seems like it is happening to a lot of people)

Will I lose anything in-game?

What steps should I take after creating a ticket?

I just recieved an email with this “[Incident: 120918-004658]” and when I go to see my ticket I created before, it says denied permission.

& when I go to log in my support account it says the account is locked.

I replied to the email, but why can’t my account just be unlocked after I change my password?

Umm I just tried to log in to my account it says "we have detected that your account may have been accessed by unauthorized Individual " but mines the only IP that has log to the game,can you please unblock me thank you.

PROBLEM SOLVED FOR ME.

^ same thing happened to me. just make a support ticket and it should be resolved. If you get an email, reply to it just incase.

Seems like this is a horrible issue all around. I’ve received the same error code for a possible unauthorized attempt previous and am currently experiencing the same issue. Last time, someone botted my character and spammed the server. Folks, if you see a character spamming “X Euros/Dollars/Any Form of Currency for X amount of gold,” it could be my character – kindly report it.

Though I’m certain that ANet is fully aware of this, just to share with people – if you youtube “Guild Wars 2 Hack” you will get a few vidz on jerks who have used pirate programs or underhand cyber tactics to gain access to your account.

same has happened to me, ive made a ticket waiting for a response hopefully it will be unbanned by today since its my days of work !!
