Guild Wars 2

Got my account back after three days but my 65 necro was missing. Along with others but they were low level. All my gold, items, collections, bank, and guild bank is cleared out. I logged in and have some unfamiliar names on my friends list…
Who should i give them to? Looking for an admin or something of that sort.

Not to mention my 300+ tailoring, 200+ armorsmithing, and 200+ artificer.

I think you should submit another ticket or update the one you had for the account hack. They may be able to restore it

I updated it, havent heard back. Im just going to wait. But losing a level 65 with those proffesions agrivates me. And all my gold and crafting mateirals.

what about the names, that more than likely the items and or gold were sent too. You do know that they are stealing from you also, seems to me that tracking the mail system would be a great place to start. Work your way up the chain.
