Is it some kind of phishing? What should I do? I haven’t noticed any restriction on my account yet.

I got one of these as well. Smells fishy, but I’m not sure.

Seems quite similar to this phishing email.

Just be aware that ArenaNet will never tell you that they are shutting down your account. If you got banned, you would only know when you attempted to log in.

Any email that tells you that you are going to be “shut down” is always fake.

I sure hope you don’t think that is valid (with the horrific English structure)…..

Delete and move on (certainly DO NOT respond to it or follow any links).
