It had been a few days since I played, hence that will hit and when I try to login I encounter a message saying that my account was suspended, and never did anything against the rules, and I always played clean it appears. I am unhappy with this event. I want immediate answers about it.

My banning had specific verbiage why. Did yours? Also did you submit a ticket? It’s the only way ever your account can be reactivated. If it has been longer than 3 days since you submitted your ticket make sure to post so on the stickied thread at the top. GL

There’s not much to do except post in the main thread and try to keep up to date. You have to wait at least 72 hours then you can post in the stickied thread. 20 hours is nothing considering some of the people waiting.

Don’t post an additional ticket, update your ticket with any information that might help and watch for moderator posts in the main thread, that’s what most of us are trying to do.
