Q:
Account Suspended Permanent?!
Hi and welcome to the forum.
Your account is likely suspended due to an dispute of ownership. If you are a minor (according to USA-law in your case) your mum had the right to do what she did. In that case she should write a support ticket explaining that the account ownership is not disputed but the misunderstanding exist cause of her practicing her legal rights as your mum.
If you are not a minor but off age, it is different. Your mum had no legal right to confiscate what was yours and it can be considered accounttheft. The problem however is that she has your serialcode and so the account got disputed. I do not think that support can do much for you in that situation. Never share your serialcode with anyone. Not even your mum (unless you are a minor offcourse).
If you want an arenanet official to give an official response you need to post your 12 digit ticket number here.

Thank you for the answer. I am 20 years old and i think my mom has no right to do this. Do I post my serialcode here? and yes, I did sent arenanet my serial code and everything in the question I’ve submitted. But what should I do now? I meant, how do I get my account back?
PS: My ticket number is 130910-001137. Thank you.

Never, ever post or display your serial code where anyone but you can see it. If you have contacted Customer Support, you need only wait for a response. Good luck. =)
Thank you for the reminding. I’ve waited for 3 days but they never replied me back. I’m confused. :/
US citizens come legally off age at age 19. So in this case there is a change anet will see this as a case where a parent has trouble to let go and handle this as if you where still younger.
Important is that your mum steps to Arenanet and not you.
If your mum let your brother use your account to actually play the game there is no change your account will be restored. It is against the rules to share an account. Even when your mum used legal rights to take away your access to the account she still has to follow the user agreement.

He didn’t play it, He just changed the email and wants to stop me playing it. I’m the only one played it. So there is nothing I can do about get it back?
Your ticket indicates it was submitted some time on the 10th of September. It is only the 11th of September and early AM, at that, in Pacific time. So, it hasn’t been 3 days yet. You need only to wait for a response.
@mr….the legal US age is 18, not 19. It was 21 until 1973, and then changed to 18. It matters not, though, as Support will probably never been able to ascertain who did what with the account.
Again, remember in the future to never share any account information with anyone to avoid similar issues.
I submitted another one 130910-000467, but they didn’t response me. So I created a new one, which is the one I posted earlier. So is there anyway I can get my account by contacting support, let them know what happened, then they can unblock it? I’m sorry If I’ve asked too many questions. I’m just really worrying about. This account means alot to me.

That ticket is also submitted on the 10th of September, which is yesterday. You should delete the second ticket you submitted, as that will only slow down their response to you. It has, at most, been only 24 hours since first submission. You must allow Support, at least, 72 hours to respond.
Okay, Thanks for letting me know. I’ll wait.
