Guild Wars 2

when i log in, one of my pgs is completely naked and when i try to log into the game this message comes out: : Disconnected another client has connected to Guild Wars 2 using this account. please try again later.
is someone stealing my stuff ? what can i do? my friends are telling me that they see me online

Sounds like it. Assuming it is, you can change the password in ‘my account’ at the top of the page, see if that keeps them out. You will need to contact support to start proceedings to get your account back if it doesn’t work. Go to the support tab at the top of the page then to ‘ask a question’ and make out a ticket. You will also need as soon as possible to run a security sweep and also look for keyloggers. Once your computer is clean and you have your account back you can ask for an account restoration to get your stuff back.

also hacked, havent got any help except from
“we are sorry to hear this, we are working on a solution to this problem blablablabla”
hopefully they really are but it really looks like they are doing a polititon
