And now you need only wait for a response from the CS Team. Hopefully, you used a different email account, if you feel you can not receive emails from ArenaNet at that email account.

Make sure you are using your email address and password to log in. It is apparent it is working for the forums, and the same information should work for the game.

You might consider perusing the Sticky above re ‘Not Getting Our Emails?’.

Good luck.

This is my first account of course, for the new account i can’t login in the forum too, because the password is not recognized.

And yes, i used a different email to Contact cs.

Btw do other people have problem with icloud.com account and anet email?

No idea. Never heard of anyone using that particular email provider. In fact, I’ve never heard of it before…

You may need to change the email associated with your new game account to one that is known to work. /shrug

you need to sort it out you self man,
I had a gw1 account I played for 4 years, then I switched emails and now Im all tangled up in which email and which password is the correct one to access my gw1 account.

I’m lost in the souce, 4 years of effort gone because I forgot to write down my ID and Pass before I change my email.

Sorry but it’s a different case.

I know my password but simply it doesn’t work. Maybe because i didn’t activate my account because i didn’t receive any email i dunno, but registration process was ok.

And i can’t use the reset password because i don’t have any character on my new account so i can’t use the automatic process and i need to contact CS.

Surely you can still create a ticket and put in new account, no chartacters in the char name section or smth if there isnt an option.

I get always this message so i don’t think i have other options.

I insert email and serial code and i leave blank the field for character name because i don’t have any characater.

To create a support ticket, go here: https://help.guildwars2.com/anonymous_requests/new

Fill in as much information as you can, and be sure to choose an option from both drop-down menus to avoid an error.

Good luck.

Never mind, I see you have already created a ticket. You need only wait for a response. If you have not received the near-immediate ‘Thank you for submitting’ response, you might consider contacting the CS Team from another email address, and ask them to associate the new email address with your account (in other words, change your Account Name).

Again, good luck.
