Delete all characters.
Write a ticket to support. And check if you want a restoration of your account.
Getting in touch with support is necessary, because if you were referred to them as a botter, you have to make sure to them, that this was not you.

You probably should contact support.
And later delete all IPs that aren’t yours (wait to check whether support is interested in them).
If you want to change the server, you can pay for it in gems (obtainable by ingame gold), or you can delete all existing characters and transfer servers for free.
If you lost something valuable you could ask about restoration of your account. It depends if you lost something or not. Maybe you characters were used as gold farmers, and you have more stuff now ;-)

Lexandro , i cant delete all my charcheaters , because this means lost my old charcheaters level 50 ( my thief ) , i need to transfer my charcheaters in an European server ( Ring of Fire ) because the person who stole my account has changed the nationality. You understand ?
That is why I recommended a restoration. Within a restoration I would request the server change back to the original server too. At the same time it would remove all ill begotten wealth on your account.
Checking and improving on security would be my foremost task, if I would be wearing your shoes. Therefore alone I would contact support.

Hmmm . maybe you’re true …
So , i have two questions :
1) If i delete all my charcheaters , can i take all my money and transfer it to the new server ?
2) Because i know all the acces IP of the Guilty , can i make a penal complaint ?
Best advice I can give is to contact Anet directly about the hacking. They are best placed to resolve all problems, and take action against the guilty party.
