I’m not sure if this is the right subforum, but i have have a problem with account transfer limits for new accounts.

I transfered 200g to my friend, to get her ‘Golden’, title. She started playing about 3 weeks ago, so her account apparently is considered a ‘new’ one.

And the problem we have right now – she’s unable to send me my money back.

I’m sure there has to be a way to do this. Now i know about this filter on new account, and i’m quite sure it’s not supposed to prevent legit transactions like mine.

So my question is – what should i do?:)

Have her play a lot more, then she’ll be able to send it back. There isn’t anything else you can do.

Ok, can anybody provide me with more precise definition of “a lot more”?

Also, i fail to understand why sending the SAME sum of money back and forth have to be affected with anti-gold selling filter.

You could send it as your account was not new. Her account is new so restrictions apply.

Unfortunately there is no set time, or none they have told us. Apparently it’s a combination of time played and money earned so it’s not a fixed period She will just have to send a bit each day, slowly increasing the amount.

I assume the hidden limit works of per day basis? If, for instance it’s 5g now, then she’ll be able to send 5g today, then 5g more after reset etc?

Again, they’ve never come out and said, as it depends. But I would assume that is likely true, or at least every 24 hours for a while. The restrictions should ease as she plays and earns gold.

You may thank gold sellers and buyers for this feature. Maybe they should restrict money being sent to new accounts as well.
