Customer support is available 24/7, but as yours is not a high priority issue it might be a day or two before they get back to you.

How is it possible to go afk for 6-8 hours and not get automatically get logged out?
Im pretty sure I got log off. When I pop up back GW2 it crashed. Then I moved to SSD then I cant log in
