Guild Wars 2

Hello, there.

My primary/main account was permanently banned about two days ago. When I try to log into GW2 client, it tells me “You have been permanently banned for macroing, botting, or using other similar services.”

The problem is that I haven’t used any of those services so I’m not quite sure where this even came from. All I do on that account is Spvp, and I haven’t done much of that lately either. So in all honesty, I don’t have any need to use any of those programs.

When I found out I was permanently banned, I had never received an e-mail nor notification concerning the matter. So, if you could please help me out with this, it would be much appreciated.

Being that this is another account I’m on, and you can’t verify if I’m truly that person. You can always email me with the email address associated to that account, I monitor it every day.
