Serial Key Issues Resolved?

I simply want to know if there have been any resolutions for accounts that have the serial key applied to the wrong email address but still linked to the same ncsoft account?
Is there a solution or am I holding my breath for nothing and all these tickets are just collecting dust?ticket numbers:

The focus right now is on hacked accounts and other major issues. Linking issues are individual cases, and we do want to and will take care of them, but there may be a bit more time before the team can do so.

Why is that the focus? Why arent cases being solved first in, first out? My wife bought this game on 8/29 and has been unable to even create the account successfully, and the fix will probably take 1 minute. We just need an account to log in with >=|

I’m becoming fairly impatient myself. A definite timeframe would be much better than just being told vague answers about how long it’ll take, though.

I don’t understand why linking issues are less important, and it’s been known for months that there are linking issues. But thank you for the update I guess, I find it odd that there wasn’t something built into the “system” before launch to help with issues as these.

This. Even a rough estimate would help the rest of us have a general idea and stop complaining about how long we have to wait to get our tickets answered.
I’d like to mention that there will ALWAYS BE ACCOUNTS THAT GETS HACKED. What will that mean for the rest of us if you prioritize hacked accounts first?
This is an illogical and inefficient way of solving the backed up support tickets that you guys are going through. As long as there are accounts and players that are careless then there will be hacked accounts.

Gaile, my problem is linking my pre-order account to my retail account. How can a problem that is completely caused on your end that is preventing people from playing not be your number one priority? I have been blocked from the game for 7 days and from my support account for two. This is unacceptable. Ticket number is 120830-007345. A seven day wait for support from any other company is completely unheard of. Please take care of these immediately.
So wait., if I want to get my account fixed I need to get someone to hack it on me basically?
I mean you just basically hinted you are not doing jack with these tickets until after all the hacking ones are cleared out. I have nothing nice to say to you, so I’m stopping with that.

But you told me in my other thread that you have agents working on ALL different types of issues with focus on hacked accounts. Wouldn’t it be even easier to put even just 1 agent on resolving other issues? It is implied from this response that you don’t even have a single agent working on this current issue with serial codes and that is just poor organizing of the support team. Please pass this on to whoever is in charge and please reconsider your strategy.

I concur, I work single user tickets for an ISP and we are just as capable of predicting ticket flows by watching weather and program listings on tv. We have a 48hour maximum commit time on all tickets and manage to keep users who we are not able to meet the commit informed of the status. When we have an “outage” where several users are impacted, even if it requires individual attention we allocate a handful of team members to it and everyone else continues BAU. Why is this not the case here?
Anyone’s issue resolved yet? I know that some have been contacted regarding their serial key issue but does anyone out there have an actual resolved ticket for it?
The fact that they are prioritizing hacked accounts before other issues is asinine. Like many others, my wife has a 6 day old ticket and has not even seen the character creation screen. What reasoning gives a “hacked” account priority over her. Tickets should be first come first serve.

I agree, they should triage the hacked accounts and simply disable them until it is their turn in line to be addressed based on the submitted tickets timestamp… A hacked ticket should get resolved in the same order as all others…
