Catchy headline, isn’t it? To think a company would screw up so bad, as to hacking some poor kids account and giving it to someone else.

Now, before i ramble on.. My situation is as follows; I had my account hacked about.. 4 days ago. I sent in the support ticket and after a long wait, they came back to me with this account ive never seen.. They claim it’s mine, yet there are substantial differences. First of which, is my PvP rank – Gone. I was Rank 23 or so, and now? 1. I had a sixth character slot. This account, does not. All my characters are gone, that being said its not even the same account. My Display name used to be “NullusDeus.____” now? “Fenrys.7204”

I’m not even able to re-open this ticket, why? Because the email my “Support Account” is under, is also the same one that got hacked – yet ironically the same one i still use to log in. I have NO idea how i can log in with my email, only to access somone elses account, yet cant use it to re open my ticket.

You state that: “Please be aware that the Support Team is unable to restore any missing characters or items.”

Well shoot! how about missing accounts? or Character slots? OR THE CREDIT CARD INFO I HAD SAVED ON MY ACCOUNT. Needless to say i had to cancel it, incase they give my account to someone else like they did to me with Fenrys.7204.

You also have no means of contact aside from Email, or Fax. Email which takes 3-4 days to reply to, and a fax that i wouldn’t dare want to find out how long it takes you to reply to those..

My question is this – When the F*** will i get my account back? When will Fenrys get his back? Will i be framed as a hacker for this matter, or will you take responsibility? What happened to my actual account? If the hackers took my items and deleted my characters, will you not replace them?

It’s clear to me you’re new at this whole ordeal, so im not going to go all Super-Hulk Rage Face on you. Not that it would matter if I did. I simply want MY account returned, Fenrys.7204’s account returned – and i dont want this to be a week long event again.

Gaile – Not sure if it was by your doing, but im getting emails saying my Email adress has been changed on my account, but its not telling me which one. im not too sure what to do here, my log in info is now changed, but idk what the new info is.
