I realize how many people are having issues with the game currently but I still think this would be FAR faster if Arena Net were to open a hotline for players to call in and discuss their issue real time with someone on the Arena Net support staff. Just a thought

That would cost money and I don’t think NCsoft likes paying for more people than it has to.

Online chat would also work.

This thread will soon be closed by a moderator who could instead be assisting customers in the stickies. Rather than fixing the problem they are silencing people complaining about it. Logic??

They have an online chat, it is open 5 hours A WEEK, LOL.
