I had a topic about this that was closed with an answer to the authentication email.

I want to know about the Authorized Network list in the MY ACCOUNT section of this website.

My list is empty. Nothing is listed not even my OWN home IP.

The fact I didnt get the emails to add an IP to the list is beside the point to the fact my list is EMPTY. So please whoever reads this it is NOT about the emails, but the account on the website.

Maybe you don’t have email authentication enabled.

I wasnt aware of any actual option to turn that off? I was under the assumption it was email authentication or the google authentication but you had to have one or the other.

Regardless I have the google one turned on now, but it wont ask me for a code since I am on an “Authorized Network” at home here, so I dont know who else is authorized because I cant see the list.

Yes it does seem to be the case that it is one or the other. There are outstanding issues with the Google one.

But given what I read in another thread, you said that your account was hacked recently? Perhaps support’s (possible) purging of hacker’s authorized networks on your account caused a display glitch (if they did do that)? After all, they have only recently started working on deauthorizing networks for people. So there are bound to be some kinks in the system until they get it finalized.

Being that you can’t see your authorized network list on your end, contacting support may be the only way to go to get that list+notifying them of the glitch/issue.

Yes I was hacked yesterday. As soon as I couldnt log in I reset the password and immediately logged in to check the IP’s and it was blank, before I ever did a support ticket. I hope they can fix it.

The email authorization I just dont know what to say. I have my mail (ISP provided address, not hotmail or gmail or anything) set to go to my iPad and my phone when I get a new one, and I have tested it by sending a test email from the PC then logging directly into my ISP to delete it and I still get it on them as soon as it arrives, before I can delete. So I just dont buy the fact a hacker was able to delete the authorization email without me being aware of it, but I cant prove they didnt either. So I have to hope the Google one, even with its issues, will be better.

Well after yet another password reset from support, my account now asked me for google authenticator code. I got all excited thinking MAYBE the authorized networks had been fixed, but after giving the code and telling it to “Remember this Network” the list is still blank.

I updated my ticket again with a screenshot of what I meant, asking them NOT to reset the password yet again, since I can access it just fine.

I just would like an answer from someone as to why its blank and not showing any authorized networks or for someone to actually FIX it so it shows up.
