My account has been banned/suspended for unacceptable name for 72 hours, the ban started at about 1:30 A.M. 8/17/2013. I do not understand why. My character names are: Arya Vane, Arya Vyne, Ax Bane, Raklee, Salis Nigra, Val Zinko, and Sir Apophis. I can not understand how any of those names would be offensive in anyway. I also never use profanity in chat to degrade any other player so I can’t see how that would be a problem either. Frustratingly, by the time the ticket I submitted for the problem is answered the ban will probably be gone and I have lost 3 days of being able to play.

The problem name is probably Salis Nigra. If this is your first offense, you can usually re-enter the game shortly, and rename that character. If it is not your first offense, you will have to wait the 72 hours. Good luck. =)

The problem name is probably Salis Nigra. If this is your first offense, you can usually re-enter the game shortly, and rename that character. If it is not your first offense, you will have to wait the 72 hours. Good luck. =)

This is my first offense. Salis Nigra is a species of black willow.

If they banned you for “Salis Nigra”, that is wrong. There is nothing wrong with the word “Nigra” as it does NOT mean what some over sensitive players may think it means. 9 times out of 10 the players who complain about a bad name knew what they where doing and deserved a name change, but in this case IMHO, the support tech made a mistake and assumed the word was something other then it really is. If they thought the name could cause some problems with some over sensitive or clueless players and wanted you to change it to avoid problems, then that’s different and would not deserve a ban only a change name request at most.

I completely agree with you. It’s frustrating having to wait the 3 days, I don’t even know if that is the reason I was banned and I wasn’t on that character when I got banned. A little knowledge would be awesome, or compensation if it is as it seems that I was banned for no reason.

I have never been suspended before, you can check, my account was suspended for 72 hours. I have never had a warning, these have been my names since I installed my game. I did not know why, no one has responded to any of my tickets, or was I sent a message request to change my name.

Ok. I received a response to create a support account, which I made and have not received a response to either of the tickets is there anything else I can do?
