I’m assuming since you are posting that he can’t access this page to make a ticket here. If he can he goes to the top of this page-Support, then top of the page-Submit a request. From there he can make a ticket. If he can’t then he can email them at Support@guildwars2.com to start a ticket that way.
Contacting them directly would be better for him to get this resolved.

in-game report doesn’t generate a ticket. You need to use the support feature from the website as Astral listed the location to find it.
This is not a new issue. Blank page of BLTP goes back to launch. It’s just a reoccurring problem. I’m now experiencing it personally. I had not experienced this problem before personally (although many others had), but it works after restarting the client (usually). When I first log into the game, it’s fine and easily accessible. After playing for awhile and attempting to access it, blank page appears. It’s very annoying and nearly game-breaking as I can’t access the Cash Shop/Gem Store, Trading Post to buy items, sell items, browse items, etc…

hey guys thanks for the interest and replies. yes he should have an active ticket now.
For mostly mac beta users the tp has been down for 3 days now, I have access to picking up money but nothing else. I read it is related to heartbleed.com, so it seems it isn’t only a mac issue then. There is little your friend can do, is out of our hands. Sadly we are missing out on a few sales, what timing.

It was already stated by ANet that the sales will not be ending today. You will not be “missing out” on any of them.
