cant believe i denied access on my account with the verification email. ( listed changed ip address as new router and such). -.- Anyone ever done this? Is it an easy fix?
no clue if I can play but i can log in here but my “ncsoft account.” says it was blocked lol…

Unblocking
An IP address or registered user account can be unblocked via the list of active blocks. Find the IP address or registered user account you wish to unblock in the list (you can enter the address or name in the “search” field to help you find the entry), and click the “Unblock” link displayed to the right of the block’s expiry time.

This will lead you to a confirmation page. Enter the reason for unblocking (optional) in the “reason” field, and click “unblock this address” to remove the block. All unblockings are recorded in the block log.

I think that only applies to IPs blocked from posting on the Wiki. It’s a guide for the Sysop.

If you can’t remove the blocked IP from your Account Page, I think you will have to contact CS, and explain the issue there. After answering security questions, most likely, they will assist you. Good luck.

Alright I will try to submit a request again. Last time they just made me reset my password, I have tried finding a phone number with no luck. So im Hoping this will work. I just dont want to lose acess to any of my game stuff haha.

so talked to support. Still havent been able to fix my issue, I think im not being clear enough. If i go to the NCsoft login page, not for any game specifically but the main one,
Enter my email and password and click log in it says
“NC Account has been permanently blocked.”
Which, i have no idea how to fix this, I can still play guild wars 2, but I cant add any new games or anything and so I have no idea what to do.

all good! Thats great apparently someone had accessed my account and did some things on AION, ( granted I haven’t played it yet and I was actually getting ready to kind of ironic haha). Phew, glad this is done with! Granted support is kind of confusing unless your specific haha.
