Guild Wars 2

Hey i just bought the game, with the game guide, and when the option for downloading it showed up i ignored it for a while cuz i did not want the GW2 download to be slowed down by anything. Then i accidently clicked down all my tabs, and now i dont know where i can find it too download it, any ideas?

Upper right area of the forum, under your username, go to My Account → Download Client

Only found the GW2 client there

I’d expect the download to be on the bradygames.com website. Have you tried creating an account and logging in there?

No, gonna try that, but i cant see how that account wud be linked to this one.

Hmm. Maybe there’s a link in the email receipt you got from your purchase?

Nope checked there too, got nothing first i thought that maybe i didnt buy it, but i have been charged for it so there is definetly something wrong.

I did not recieve a receipt at all, but money has been drawn.

And i did get the onscreen download, but it got clicked down, so im sure that i bought it.

i feel kinda scammed. But i guess Thepiratebay has it.

I sent a ticket 5 days ago, so you can answer that one, or shud i send another?

I have already printed the email receipt for the Brady Guide but it only shows the red download guide button but no download URL which was embedded in the email that I deleted after I printed the receipt. The email receipt only contains the order number and date but doesn’t include the original download link and serial code URL.

Still no reply on my mail what are you guys doing? Am i being robbed here or something?
