Hello— I was trying to give your company money buy purchasing gems from your in game store. One I enter all the pertinent account information and CC information I get to the next screen and the “confirm” box and the box listing exactly what I am buying are blank and greyed out. Is this normal? How else can I give your company money? Thanks.

Have you bought gems fairly recently? It’s possible you hit the limit they impose. If so, you can contact support and get the limit raised.

First time trying to buy them! Was thinking maybe can buy a card online somewhere since I cannot get their cash shop to work?

i have the same problem i want to purchase gems through paypal but it cant make the transaction. Used 2 cards and same thing.

I’m having the same problem purchasing through PayPal, but if I enter my debit card information manually, I can purchase gems without an issue. Changing letter case — upper or lower — doesn’t fix it.

I’d much much prefer to use PayPal than my debit or CC, and I’m not sure what’s going on here.
