Buying gems (failure)
Well, this happened to me once when I tried to purchase more than 300$ in gems in one month (or week, or something). This may or may not be your problem, but it might be. You should never submit more than one ticket, though, so don’t send any more. They will get back to you as soon as they get it (Its still fairly early in the morning for support).
And all who stood by and did nothing, who are they to criticize the sacrifices of others?
Our blood has bought their lives.
1) Check in-game if gems are present.
2) Check CC and see if charge is pending or completed (may need to wait to get accurate reading here).
3) Open a support ticket about the issue (but ONLY one ticket).
When you say you opened 2 tickets, did you mean about this issue that just happened or previous issue you had buying gems? You should NEVER open more than one ticket about an issue as that just creates confusion and more work for the support team.

I apologize for the duplicate , Lesson learned sorry for the inconvenience. As for the other questions. I did call my bank and they said nothing was shown. I have been in game and received no gems or anything. So I can only assume it did not go through and this is on Anet’s end. I love this game. I hope this gets resolved soon so I can help support it. Thank you for the responses and I guess I’ll wait patiently and hopefully this will be resolved soon.
Sorry if I am repeating someting that was already said. I have purchased Gems many times (far too many times to be honest), and I have had the problem twice. I contacted support to query this as it said my card was rejected, they said to contact my card supplier , eg. VISA, Mastercard. I did and they said they had no request for payment for Anet. Sometimes transactions go through and sometimes not. My advice is to try a few days later unless your card is billed without the Gems being credited, then contact Support immediately.

I feel this is sound advice. I would allow time to make sure you don’t end up with two purchases when you only intend the one. But waiting and retrying a purchase (after you’re confident the first did not process) is a good idea.
