Guild Wars 2

Hi,
I can’t login to my brand spanking new account. I’ve registered my key, etc. When I try to login I get a “password incorrect” error, I’ve tried changing the password, but it asks for a character on the account and I haven’t even been able to login and make one yet. I put in a ticket via email from the support section here, but it seems like a simple pwd problem…? Is the ticket my only option or may I escalate with someone here, or is there a phone support number I can call? I tried to ask earlier but I can’t find the post now (deleted?)
Error code – 11:1001:02:1270

Are you using the email address associated with your account along with your password to log in? I see you can log into the forums. If you are using your email address, you need only wait until CS responds to your ticket. They will be happy to help you ASAP. Good luck.
