Hi i recently lost my bank card, therefore i had to order a new one!

Whilst I was purchasing gems i noticed my saved card was now old and wouldn’t work, so i tried to change the details. However all the boxes went red and I was unable to type anything in them at all.

What is it i need to do to update my billing information?

I would suggest that you simply get them to CLEAR the information and DON’T save the card info at all. If your account is ever hacked, that saved information could lead to some SERIOUS financial issues. Maybe I’m begin a bit paranoid, but I NEVER save CC info when the option is available. Taking a few minutes longer to make an online purchase is not that huge an inconvenience when you consider what is involved in getting CC charges removed and your credit rating restored.
