Good evening,

I’ve tried making a support ticket from within game to report I did not receive an Ancient Karka chest email but everytime I try to log-in it says my log-in info is invalid or my account has been locked. As you can see, neither is true. What do I do?

the log in server is down, wait a while for it to be working again, you’ll be able to log in normally then to create your ticket

Seems like most of their servers for all sorts of things are down.

That’s the problem with using 486 processors with 756kb of RAM.

I should of read this before trying to reset my p/word as it kept telling me the login details are wrong,so I requested the reset p/word option and still not received the email so I am sort of stuck either by the login servers down or I don’t get the email link to let me reset the p/word lol.

I don’t think this is related to the log-in servers. I can log into the game, into the forums, but everytime I try to log into Support (it requires a secondary log-in) I get the message that my log in name or password is incorrect or my account has been closed.

I get this message from both the forum support log-in and from within game.

I would give you a support ticket number, but…

Can someone please advise me on this? I absolutely can’t log into Support from any source but I can login to the forums and the game (and no I don’t have auto-login enabled so it’s not a matter of my having forgotten my login details).
