Sometimes, if the computer’s clock and the device that runs the Authenticator app are not exactly in sync, an error will occur. Your sister might make sure the two time clocks are exactly the same.

Thanks for the reply man! We cross checked it, the computer’s and mobile clocks are showing exactly the same time. :-)

Then, your sister will have to wait for the Team to assist her.
