Cannot log in!!!
Do you work on Saturdays? Most people don’t especially not in customer service.
If you don’t have access to your serial number there can be quite a big issue to solve the problems you might be having, since it might be hard for you to prove that you are the actual owner of the account.
Wait a few days (I would say Tuesday or Wednesday) for support to respond.

I am fully aware of that, but in most cases customer services don’t. So all you can do is simply wait.

It’s only been a few hours since you spoke to her. It took me 24 hours to get my first email back on an account issue. I think that’s close to standard, especially on a weekend when they are likely to have no or reduced staff.
I just had the same problem and fixed it by going in the game folder, going to properties of GW2.exe and checking the “Run this as the administrator”. Now I can log-in again. Strange.
