Cannot log into game OR support

I was playing, half way through I got kicked off the game with a message a long the lines of “unable to connect to login server”, I keep getting the message. It tells me to contact support but I can’t log into that to contact support either.

What do I do to fix this?

My alt account has the exact same issue.

Except unlike every other time I’ve had a problem, this time I can’t log into that either.

Were you replying to Inculpatus Cedo?

He was suggesting emailing them directly – not logging into the support site (and just to make sure, you know that the support account is separate from the game account, right?) since you had already said you are unable to.

I realize that now. Fortunately it is now working ^^
It seemed that just everything I tried to log into on this computer did not work (except for forums).
