Guild Wars 2

Hello,

My friend was kicked off from the Guild Wars 2 servers about an hour and a half ago and since then has not been able to log in for some unknown reason he has not been able to access the forums either he keeps receiving a “cannot access at this time” messaged displayed anyone able to help fix or identify the issue?

Either your friend has connection issues (served by the Tech Support sub-forum), or his account has been suspended (which isn’t the message you would normally get for suspensions).

His best bet would be to contact CS. Top of Page – Support (or Services) – Submit a Request.

you’re having some trouble understanding….he cannot access the Guild Wars 2 website the actual website itself is rejecting him. forget about logging in he cannot even see the page.

Problem has been solved

Then, he can send an email to support@guildwars2.com

Have him include as much information about his account as possible, as well as the error/issue he is experiencing.

I have no idea why a website would reject him. Maybe something amiss with his browser. Still, the email solution should work. =)
