Guild Wars 2

Hello support Team,
I bought a few gems via the in game gem store, but since yesterday night the gem store won’t show up anymore.
I want to use it, but cannot… what can I do to make it show up again ? all tabs from the gem store are blank and nothing is showing in the main “gem store” window.
I linked a picture with what I get, I logged out quite a few times since then.

Since 5 days I have problems with my black lion company.
If I want to buy new items, like weapons or armor and i put my mouse on the picture of the item, it doesn’t show any discription…

And if I want to sell items, i get a screen that only shows the “search bar”… Print screen in Attatchment.

Did you try to reboot your computer?
I had the same thing, and after rebooting it was solved.

I tried with the holy reboot, since i wasn’t sure anymore if i left it at sleep over night or not, but sadly that did not solve my problem.

I sill cannot use the gem store and get the same window as shown in the picture above. I hope I do not have to reinstall the entire game for this -_-

Holy Molly, it worked now for some reason. Did not do anything and it just came up on the window… weird.

To explain a little bit more. The black lion-window is actually a webbrowser, but fully embedded within the game. For the technology Arenanet uses the awesomnium browser. This piece is software is specially made for this.

However it isn’t bug free and tends to go stuck.
See the tradepost/gemstore/etc as a separated computer program and troubleshoot it that way and it should be resolved. Good to hear you got it running again.

Off got same problem again, rebooted PC changes screen resolution and gfx… what does this in game browser need ? am i the only one having this problem ?
it seems to appear right after i make a transaction, not sure if this gets it some how stuck or it is just coincidence

I am having the same issue. However, it has been going on for at least a week.

I have rebooted (several times), as well as run a -repair on gw.exe. Not sure what else to do.

ok this being a browser… do i need some third party software to keep up to date ? like java, flash and so on ?
anyone with an idea… from support if possible ?

I have the same problem, this is really frustrating me, and possibly many other players. This is very bad for Guild Wars 2. Please Fix this someone.
