if its a saved card there’s a limit on the number of times you can use it within a month time span, after that you’ll have to enter it manually.

i did send ticket about 5-6 hours ago [Incident: 130205-000307]? no one reply……. and im doing crafting too so i really need the money to do it
It’s probably an automatic safeguard put in to ensure that your card hasn’t been stolen and used by someone else. Normally when hackers/scammers get hold of a credit card, they ram through as many purchases as they can on the stolen card before the real owner discovers the theft and contacts their bank to shut it down. Just be patient. Crafting’s not going anywhere; it’ll still be there a few days/weeks later.

I wanna submit a ticket to support, but I don’t know under witch category does this problem goes. Anyone might help me out?
There is a limitation on repeated buys of gems. If you happen to get the error for the first time on your first shopping – that is a different error.
If you don’t find a topic fitting enough, choose as you think it’s best. Support will move it to the right place if it is wrong. Just get it going, or you won’t get it solved.

Choose General Billing Question. But I’m going to ask if we can add a “Can’t make a purchase” tab, because I don’t know that people see “billing” as applying to the issue of a purchase.
